The guidelines outlined below are crucial for maximizing the benefits of your meditation practice and maintaining a focused, serene environment.

Adhering to these guidelines is essential to ensure the effectiveness of your efforts during Reset Camp.

1. Noble Silence:

  • Maintain silence of body, speech, and mind throughout the retreat.

  • Refrain from talking from Day 1 (Friday) until Day 3 (afternoon Sunday), except for necessary communication with the Teacher or facilitators.

  • Avoid gestures, written notes, or physical contact with other participants.

2. Digital Detox:

  • Surrender all digital devices, including phones and watches, at the beginning of the camp.

  • Emergency contact with family/friends can be facilitated through our staff.

  • Recording devices or cameras are strictly prohibited.

3. Physical Exercise:

  • Focus solely on mindfulness practice; refrain from engaging in any physical exercise.

  • Utilize the venue's natural surroundings for mindful walks, if needed.

4. Intoxicants, Drugs, and Tobacco:

  • Strictly abstain from drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any other intoxicants.

  • Notify us in advance if you require medication prescribed by a doctor.

5. External Food:

  • Abide by the provided menu designed to support your meditation practice.

  • Notify us of any allergies for menu adjustments; personal food items are not permitted.

6. Dedication to Techniques:

  • Commit fully to practicing the meditation techniques as instructed by the Teacher.

  • Avoid introducing additional meditation techniques, rituals, or worship during the retreat.

7. Modest Clothing:

  • Dress in simple, modest, and comfortable attire to minimize distractions.

  • Avoid tight, revealing clothing and refrain from sunbathing.

8. Music, Reading, and Writing:

  • Avoid external stimuli such as music and reading materials.

  • Writing is permitted only on Day 3 for reflection purposes, using provided materials.
